At VNS Luxury, we strive to provide high-quality fragrances and a great shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes), we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

However, we do accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Clear photos of the product (showing damage/wrong item)

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order.
